This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended, and is in full compliance with all Applicable Laws including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and relevant regulations, guidelines, circulars, and notifications from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), and other regulatory bodies having jurisdiction over fintech intermediaries, digital platforms, financial advisory facilitation, consumer protection, and data privacy in India.

Users agree that they are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consequences of the information, data, or Personal Data they provide or receive through the Platform, and the Company shall have no responsibility or liability in this regard. The Company is merely a bridge facilitating connections between Users and Professionals/Xperts; it provides only details of Professionals/Xperts and nothing more. Users choose Professionals/Xperts based on their own needs and judgments, and the Company is not responsible for any advice given by Professionals/Xperts, any losses caused by Professionals/Xperts, or any outcomes arising from such interactions. In no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any claim, demand, loss, damages, or expenses, even if foreseeable. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their use of the Platform. Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall be construed to create any partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Company and the Users or Professionals/Xperts.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is an integral and inseparable part of the DhanXpert Platform's Terms & Conditions for Users and Professionals (collectively, the "Terms"). It governs all aspects of data collection, processing, use, sharing, disclosure, retention, security, and protection of Personal Data, Sensitive Personal Data or Information, and other information between you ("User," "Professional/Xpert," "You," "Your") and Corefinexperts Global Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at [Complete Registered Office Address], operating under the brand "DhanXpert" ("Company," "DhanXpert," "We," "Us," "Our," "Platform"), as well as any indirect implications involving third parties. By accessing, browsing, registering on, interacting with, listing services on, or using the DhanXpert website (www.dhanxpert.com), mobile applications, APIs, web services, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), providing any information, engaging in consultations, or otherwise utilizing the Services in any manner whatsoever, You expressly acknowledge that You have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, disclaimers, limitations, waivers, and provisions set forth in this legally binding Policy, including all referenced policies such as the Terms, Grievance Redressal Policy, and the Consultation Agreement. Your initial registration, provision of any data, use of Services, or continued access or use of the Platform constitutes permanent, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of this Policy in its entirety, and You represent that You have the legal authority, capacity, and qualifications to enter into this Policy on behalf of Yourself or Your entity. If You do not unreservedly accept all provisions of this Policy, You are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering on, or using the Platform and must immediately cease all activities, delete any account, and discontinue all access without any further liability or obligation on the part of the Company.
This Policy supersedes all previous oral, written, or implied terms and conditions (if any) communicated to You relating to data privacy, information handling, or related matters on the Platform. This Policy is published in compliance with Indian law and establishes a comprehensive regulatory compliance framework with numbered clauses for enhanced legal enforceability and clarity. The Company acts only as a technology platform/intermediary, and does not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for any data processing, privacy protection, or information security provided by or involving Professionals/Xperts or third parties. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed to create any partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Company and the Users or Professionals/Xperts. Users agree that they are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consequences of the information or data they provide or receive through the Platform, and the Company shall have no responsibility or liability in this regard. The Company is merely a bridge facilitating connections between Users and Professionals/Xperts; it provides only details of Professionals/Xperts and nothing more. Users choose Professionals/Xperts based on their own needs and judgments, and the Company is not responsible for any advice given by Professionals/Xperts, any losses caused by Professionals/Xperts, or any outcomes arising from such interactions. In no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any claim, demand, loss, damages, or expenses, even if foreseeable. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their use of the Platform or data interactions.
- DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION: For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. These definitions are derived and adapted from the DhanXpert Platform's Terms & Conditions for Users and Professionals, and any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms.
- Platform: The entire technological infrastructure, digital interfaces, software systems, databases, algorithms, servers, and associated services developed, operated, maintained, hosted, and owned exclusively by Corefinexperts Global Technologies Pvt Ltd (operating under the brand "DhanXpert"), including but not limited to the website https://www.dhanxpert.com, mobile applications, APIs, web services, cloud-based systems, artificial intelligence tools, data analytics platforms, and any future technological implementations or upgrades. The Platform operates exclusively and strictly as a technology-based intermediary under all Applicable Laws, facilitating connections between Users and Professionals/Xperts without engaging in, endorsing, or assuming responsibility for any financial advisory, insurance, investment, tax, or professional services. The Company acts only as a technology platform/intermediary, and does not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for any transaction, advice, or service provided by Users or Professionals/Xperts.
- User: Any natural person or legal entity that accesses, browses, registers on, interacts with, or utilizes the Platform in any capacity whatsoever, including but not limited to consumers (End-Users/Investors) seeking connections with Professionals/Xperts, booking consultations, providing data, or engaging in Services, and Professionals/Xperts providing services. Users agree that they are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consequences of the information, data, or Personal Data they provide or receive through the Platform, and the Company shall have no responsibility or liability in this regard. Users must independently verify and select Professionals/Xperts based on their own due diligence, and the Company is not responsible for any advice, services, or losses arising from interactions.
- Professional/Xpert: Independent, third-party licensed financial professionals, experts, advisors, or service providers who have completed the Platform's verification process and are permitted to list services on the Platform, including but not limited to SEBI-registered investment advisors, IRDAI-licensed insurance brokers, RBI-registered entities, and other qualified professionals. Professionals/Xperts are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consequences of the data, advice, or services they provide through the Platform, and the Company disclaims all liability for their actions, omissions, errors, misrepresentations, or fraud. The Company is merely a bridge facilitating connections; it provides only details of Professionals/Xperts and nothing more. Users choose Professionals/Xperts based on their own needs and judgments, and the Company is not responsible for any advice given by Professionals/Xperts, any losses caused by Professionals/Xperts, or any outcomes arising from such interactions.
- Services: The technological services provided by DhanXpert, including but not limited to search and discovery tools, appointment management systems, secure communication facilitation, payment processing gateways, educational resources, review and rating systems, data analytics, and any ancillary technological features. Services explicitly exclude any financial, advisory, investment, insurance, or professional services provided by Professionals/Xperts or any third parties. The Company provides these Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties. The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or outcomes arising from the use of Services, and Users utilize them at their own risk.
- Personal Data: Has the meaning ascribed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and includes any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, demographic details, financial information, device identifiers, IP address, location data, and usage patterns. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Personal Data they provide or process on the Platform.
- Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPI): Has the meaning ascribed under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and includes passwords, financial information (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card details), health condition, sexual orientation, medical records, biometric information, and any similar data received under a lawful contract or otherwise. Users are solely responsible for obtaining consent and securing SPI during interactions, and the Company processes such data only as an Intermediary, disclaiming liability for any unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Intermediary: Has the meaning ascribed under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The Company operates strictly as an Intermediary under all Applicable Laws, with no involvement in the content, advice, transactions, or data provided by Users or Professionals/Xperts. As an Intermediary, the Company enjoys safe harbor protections under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and is not liable for any third-party information, actions, or data privacy outcomes hosted or facilitated on the Platform.
- Applicable Laws: All statutes, regulations, ordinances, rules, guidelines, notifications, circulars, directives, and judicial interpretations having the force of law in India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021; the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011; the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020; the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; SEBI Regulations (including the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013); RBI Guidelines (including Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007); IRDAI Regulations; the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002; the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999; the Indian Contract Act, 1872; and any other relevant laws, as amended from time to time. The Company ensures full compliance with all Applicable Laws through regular audits, updates, and reporting, but Users and Professionals/Xperts are independently and solely responsible for their own compliance, and the Company disclaims all liability for any non-compliance by Users or Professionals/Xperts.
- Force Majeure Event: Includes any act, event, circumstance, or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Company, such as acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, wars, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, sabotage, government actions, regulatory changes, legal restrictions, embargoes, cyber-attacks, hacking, ransomware, system failures, infrastructure disruptions, power outages, internet failures, labor strikes, lockouts, supply chain disruptions, or similar events. The Company shall not be liable for any delays, failures, data breaches, or non-performance arising from Force Majeure Events, even if partially foreseeable.
- Grievance Officer/Data Protection Officer: The officer appointed under Rule 3A of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and Section 11 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, with details provided in Section 12.
- Interpretation: Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to statutes include all amendments, modifications, and re-enactments. Any ambiguity shall be resolved in favor of the Company to the maximum extent permitted by law. The term "including" shall be construed as "including without limitation." In case of conflict between this Policy and any Applicable Law, the Applicable Law shall prevail, but only to the extent necessary, and the remainder of the Policy shall remain in full force.

- Corefinexperts Global Technologies Pvt Ltd, on behalf of itself and its affiliates/group companies under the brand "DhanXpert" (“DhanXpert,” “We,” “Our,” “Us”), is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.dhanxpert.com/ and the mobile application ‘DhanXpert’ (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, disclose, retain, secure, and protect Personal Data, Sensitive Personal Data or Information, and other information about the Users of our Services, including Professionals/Xperts, End-Users/Investors, and visitors of the Platform (jointly and severally referred to as “You” or “Users” in this Policy).
- Our mission is to provide You with clarity for all of Your life’s financial decisions by empowering You with trustworthy financial information and guidance through technological facilitation. We have an obligation to provide You with clarity regarding how Your data is accessed, collected, used, shared, retained, and protected by DhanXpert, its affiliates, vendors, partners, and other third-party entities. This Policy describes the information we collect about You, how we collect it, how we use Your information, whom we disclose Your information to, and the steps we take to protect it. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, liabilities, and responsibilities for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or data handling practices.
- By using the Services or by otherwise giving Us Your information, You will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this Policy and agree to be bound by it. You hereby consent to Our collection, use, sharing, disclosure, retention, and processing of Your information as described in this Policy. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed to create any partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Company and the Users or Professionals/Xperts. Users agree that they are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consequences of the data they provide or receive through the Platform, and the Company shall have no responsibility or liability in this regard. In no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any claim, demand, loss, damages, or expenses related to data privacy, even if foreseeable. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their data interactions on the Platform.
- WHY THIS PRIVACY POLICY?
- This Policy is published in compliance with, inter alia:
- Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000;
- The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules”);

- The type of information collected from Users, including Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data or Information.
- The purpose, means, and modes of collection, usage, processing, retention, and destruction of such information.
- How and to whom DhanXpert will disclose such information.
- The safeguards for data security, user rights, and Company limitations of liability.
- The Company is merely a bridge facilitating connections; it provides only details of Professionals/Xperts and nothing more. Users are solely responsible for any data shared during interactions, and the Company disclaims all liability for privacy violations by Users or Professionals/Xperts.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT: When You use the Platform or Services, we collect information that is necessary to provide, improve, and secure our Services. This may include Personal Data that You provide to Us directly and other data collected automatically. The Company collects only the minimum data required for technological facilitation and compliance with Applicable Laws, in line with the data minimization principle under DPDPA 2023. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, liabilities, and responsibilities for the accuracy, completeness, or security of any data collected or processed.
- Types of Information Collected: The information we may collect falls into the following categories, as detailed in the Schedule:
- Contact and Registration Information: Your name, title, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, username, password, and demographic information such as age, gender, or other similar details relevant to Services.
- Identity and Verification Information: Your name, date of birth, Aadhaar Number (voluntarily provided), PAN, or other government-issued identification (for Professionals/Xperts), or similar information to verify Your identity in compliance with KYC/AML requirements under PMLA 2002 and RBI guidelines.
- Financial and Sensitive Information: Bank account details, credit/debit card information, payment instrument details, financial history, medical records (if relevant to insurance services), biometric information, or other SPI as defined under SPI Rules 2011.
- User-Generated Content: Content of Your communications with Us or Professionals/Xperts via email, phone, chat, or other means, including recordings of phone calls where permitted by law and with consent.
- Usage and Device Data: Data regarding Your usage of Services, history of appointments, device information (e.g., type, operating system, unique identifiers), IP address, location (geocode data, if consented), login details, browser type, referral URL, and content interaction information.
- Third-Party Information: We may receive information from third-party vendors, publicly available sources, social media services (if You link Your account), and other Users who invite You to the Platform, subject to Your consent.
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Non-personal data derived from Your usage for analytics, research, and improvement, which cannot identify You.
- Personal Data & Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPI): The information collected from You may be categorized under the SPI Rules as 'Personal Information' or 'Sensitive Personal Data or Information.'
- Personal Information: Any information that relates to a natural person, which can identify that person, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available.
- Sensitive Personal Data or Information: Personal information relating to passwords; financial information (bank accounts, credit/debit cards, payment details); physical, physiological, and mental health condition; sexual orientation; medical records; biometric information; and other data received under a lawful contract or otherwise.
- DhanXpert is free to use, collect, and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without Your consent, as per Applicable Laws. However, the Company disclaims all liability for the accuracy or legality of such public domain information.
- Collection Methods:
- Direct Provision: When You register, book consultations, provide feedback, or interact with Services.
- Automatic Collection: Through cookies, web beacons, log files, or similar technologies for usage analytics.
- Third-Party Sources: From partners or vendors with Your consent.
- The Company collects data only with Your explicit consent where required under DPDPA 2023, and You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal obligations.
- YOUR CONSENT AND CONTROL
- General Consent: By affirming Your assent to this Policy and using the Platform, You provide Your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent to the collection, use, processing, storage, disclosure, and transfer of Your Personal Data and SPI as required under Applicable Laws, including DPDPA 2023 (Section 5-6 on consent) and SPI Rules 2011 (Rule 5 on consent). You understand that DhanXpert will use Your information to provide the Services, for research and business intelligence in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form, and for communication purposes. Consent is granular and purpose-limited; for example, marketing communications require separate opt-in consent.
- Specific Consent for Sensitive Activities: For processing SPI, call recording, or sharing with third parties, We will obtain Your explicit consent via IVR, in-app prompts, or email. An IVR message or prompt will state the purpose and seek Your consent. If You do not consent, DhanXpert reserves the right to not provide the Service for which such data is sought. Such records are handled in accordance with this Policy.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer, in compliance with DPDPA 2023 (Section 12 on right to withdraw consent). Withdrawal may limit access to Services, and the Company disclaims liability for any resulting inability to provide Services.
- Opting Out: You may opt-out of receiving non-essential communications such as promotional and marketing-related information by sending an email to support@dhanxpert.com or by changing Your account settings. However, essential communications (e.g., security alerts, legal notices) cannot be opted out.
- User Rights: Under DPDPA 2023 (Sections 11-15), You have rights to access, correction, erasure, nomination, and portability of Your Personal Data. Requests must be made to the Data Protection Officer, and the Company will respond within prescribed timelines, subject to legal exemptions. The Company disclaims liability for any delays or denials justified under Applicable Laws.
- User Indemnity for Data: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Personal Data or SPI they provide or process on the Platform. Users agree to indemnify the Company against all claims, fines, or losses arising from inaccurate data, unauthorized sharing during consultations, or breaches caused by User actions, including third-party hacks via User devices.
- Indemnity for Inaccurate Data: Users are solely responsible for providing accurate Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data. Users indemnify the Company against all claims, fines (e.g., under Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 Section 33 up to INR 250 crore), or losses from inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or breaches caused by User-provided data.
- HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION: We use Your Personal Data only for legitimate purposes as consented to and in compliance with DPDPA 2023 (purpose limitation). The Company disclaims all liability for any misuse by third parties or Professionals/Xperts.
- We use Your information to:
- Provide and personalize Services, verify identity, and facilitate connections.
- Communicate for customer support, security alerts, updates, and, with consent, offers of financial products.
- Analyze usage trends (anonymized) to improve Services, in compliance with data minimization.
- Enhance security, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations (e.g., KYC under PMLA 2002).
- Enforce Terms and resolve disputes.
- For any other purpose disclosed to You with Your consent.
- Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research, marketing, or business intelligence without identifying You.
- INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE: We share Your information only with Your consent or as required by law, in line with DPDPA 2023 (Sections 7-8 on data processing). The Company disclaims all liability for any unauthorized sharing by Professionals/Xperts or third parties.
- With Other Users/Professionals/Xperts: Profile information (e.g., ratings, reviews) may be visible; public content (e.g., forums) is shared at Your risk.
- With Service Providers/Vendors: Shared with third parties for hosting, analytics, payment processing, bound by contracts ensuring compliance with Applicable Laws.
- For Legal Reasons: Shared with authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect rights (e.g., under IT Act Section 69).
- With Corporate Affiliates: Shared for operational purposes, with safeguards.
- In Business Transfers: If the Company is acquired, data may be transferred with notice.
- Cross-Border Data Transfer: Your Personal Data may be stored and processed on servers located outside India (e.g., cloud providers). By using the Platform, You consent to such transfers. We ensure adequate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) in compliance with DPDPA 2023 (Section 16 on cross-border transfers) and SPI Rules 2011 (Rule 7). The Company disclaims liability for any international data breaches beyond Our control.
- Cross-Border Safeguards: Data transfers outside India are only to jurisdictions with adequate protection or under standard contractual clauses per Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 Section 16. Users consent but the Company disclaims liability for foreign breaches, with Users waiving claims.
- DATA RETENTION: We retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined, or as required by Applicable Laws (e.g., 8 years for financial records under PMLA 2002). After retention periods, data is anonymized or deleted securely. You may request erasure under DPDPA 2023, subject to legal exemptions. The Company disclaims liability for retained data justified by law.
- DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY:
- We implement reasonable physical, managerial, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, in compliance with SPI Rules 2011 (Rule 8) and DPDPA 2023 (Section 8 on security). However, no system is impenetrable; We cannot guarantee absolute security, and You provide data at Your own risk. The Company disclaims all liability for breaches due to Force Majeure Events, User negligence, or third-party actions.
- You are responsible for protecting Your password and devices. Notify Us immediately of suspected breaches at support@dhanxpert.com.
- Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach, the Company will notify affected Users within 72 hours as required under DPDPA 2023 Section 8(6), but disclaims liability for any indirect losses or delays in notification due to Force Majeure Events or third-party faults. Users waive claims for breaches not attributable to the Company's gross negligence.
